The Blooming Cycle of a Dragon Fruit

You might be wondering how a dragon fruit bears fruit. That's my question the first time I saw it's beautiful bloom . I find it really fascinating as a grower. Let me show it in series of pictures without rambling. Promise, it's exciting! You will see a flower bud like this smaller than a marble. A few days after ,the bud will grow even bigger like this. The bud will continue to grow daily and looks like this.  On the 10th day the buds will look like these. Inspiring right? The night before it blooms, you will take a peek of the white petals. You will see baby pink or dark pink depending on its variety. It's like peeking into a box of surprises.  That's how exciting it is! This lady has bloomed the night before.
